RETURN POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning that you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be undamaged and have no visible signs or wear or use. Please note that discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items. Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Please include a photo of the damage so that we can evaluate the problem and give you next steps.

Shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning or exchanging an item. If the item in question was damaged upon receipt, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement to you once we have received your item.

How to Make a Return or Exchange. To begin, please email us at kinnfolk.music@gmail.com. Please include a brief description of the item you wish to return (including a photo, if your item arrived damaged). Once we receive and accept your request, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Your refund will be initiated once we receive your item in the mail and verify that it meets the criteria outlined in this policy. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.
